Package Delivery Driver

West Franklin Investments LLC is seeking a reliable, efficient, and motivated Contract Package Delivery Driver (Package Runner) to support our USPS operation in Marlow, New Hampshire.

This position is dedicated exclusively to package delivery, allowing our primary mail carrier to focus on regular mail delivery.

The package runner will report to the Marlow, NH Post Office at 9:00 AM, collect and organize the packages assigned for delivery, and complete deliveries along the designated route serving Marlow and Stoddard, New Hampshire.

This is a flat-rate position paying $65 per completed delivery day, not an hourly position.

The route is expected to take approximately four hours or less to complete. Actual completion times may vary depending on individual proficiency, route familiarity, package volume, weather, road conditions, and other operational factors.

Your workday ends when all assigned packages have been successfully delivered and any required end-of-route procedures are completed.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Marlow Post Office at 9:00 AM.
• Organize, load, and safely transport packages.
• Deliver assigned USPS packages accurately and efficiently.
• Follow established delivery procedures and scanner requirements.
• Maintain accurate package tracking and delivery records.
• Communicate delivery exceptions or difficulties promptly.
• Handle all mail and packages securely and professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable, suitable personal vehicle for package delivery.
• Ability to safely lift and handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
• Dependable attendance and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate rural roads.
• Must successfully complete applicable USPS background screening, fingerprinting, and authorization requirements before beginning delivery.

Previous USPS, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, or other package delivery experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $65 per completed delivery day
Start Time: 9:00 AM
Days: Monday through Saturday
Estimated Duration: Up to approximately 4 hours daily, although actual times may vary.

Contractors are responsible for providing their own suitable vehicle and associated operating expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance.
