Summary: In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving the evolution of these solutions effectively.

• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and scalability.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

• Proficiency in Apigee.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of API management and gateway technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable SaaS architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and configuration issues.
• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Apigee.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
