• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and SaaS architecture principles.
• Experience with designing multi-tenant applications and modular software components.
• Ability to define and enforce customization limits to maintain system integrity.
• Familiarity with security best practices and cost optimization strategies in SaaS environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
