Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and seamless operation across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
• Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and data connectors within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms to streamline application configuration and deployment.
• Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance stability and scalability.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
