Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.

• Experience in configuring and supporting payroll modules within SAP HCM environments.
• Strong understanding of integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces.
• Ability to utilize low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged application functionalities.
• Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
• Capability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions in a multi-team environment.
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
