Packaging & Logistics Associate

We are seeking passionate, professional people who are excited about the cannabis industry to fill our Packaging & Logistics Associate Positions. These individuals will work in our new state of the art extraction & manufacturing facility in Wareham, Massachusetts.

Job Duties:

• Performs basic formulation and manufacturing processes, quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance.
• Wrap, label, and package finished marijuana products and palletize according to direction
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions to perform the functions of the job.
• Ensure packaging and labeling remain compliant with all Massachusetts regulations and TBI specifications.
• Deliver marijuana products via company vehicle to different addresses and routes throughout Massachusetts
• Follow delivery and time schedules effectively
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve client concerns or general questions
• Knowledge of products and the ability to inform customers about new products
• Follow city/state regulations, and safety standards for the transpiration of marijuana in the State of Massachusetts
• Perform general labor and maintenance as directed.
• Additional duties at the direction of Senior Management

Qualifications:

• 21+ Years Old
• Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the food handling field.
• Desire to Learn & Advance in role
• Obtain occupational licensing, food handling certification
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in the food, beverage, cannabis, or delivery
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no major traffic offenses
• Strong communication skills & strong computer skill
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in order to service our patients effectively
• High energy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work well within a team environment
• Must be a Self-motivator with great initiative
• Able to move about a typical office, kitchen, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
• Regular and on-time attendance.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Unassisted
