Packaging Associate

Location: Tampa, FL

Starting Pay: $15/hr.

About the Role

PMAD is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate I to join our growing manufacturing team. This entry-level role helps package products accurately, safely, and on schedule while following quality and safety standards. No extensive experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Package products according to instructions and quality standards
• Load, label, inspect, pack, and palletize finished goods
• Perform visual quality checks and verify labels and product information
• Complete production and packaging documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow cGMP, safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Communicate production issues and material needs to supervisor

Qualifications Required

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, warehouse, or related environments
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

• Experience with food, supplement, confectionery, or nutraceutical manufacturing
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Work Environment
