As a Packaging Executive, you will play an important role in coordinating packaging artwork development for products across local and international markets. You'll work closely with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, and external design agencies to ensure every product is launched with accurate, high-quality packaging.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and review packaging artwork requests to ensure all project information is complete before work begins.
• Create and manage packaging codes and project numbers for new product developments and packaging updates.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external design agencies to ensure artwork is completed and approved according to project timelines.
• Maintain and organize digital artwork files, approvals, translations, master artwork, nutrition facts, ingredient information, and project documentation.
• Update packaging information and artwork images in the company's ERP system (Infor/I-Scala).
• Maintain accurate records of packaging materials, stock images, master artwork, and packaging samples.
• Verify barcode readability before packaging materials proceed for mass production.
• Update packaging code master lists and coordinate information with Finance and relevant departments.
• Maintain an organized database of approved artwork and design working files.
• Support colour proofing and master artwork approval activities when required.
• Perform detailed text and artwork checking to ensure accuracy before final release.
• Obtain quotations from design agencies and support cost comparison exercises.
• Prepare agreements for appointed design agencies after project approval.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for approved design projects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging artwork processes and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, Packaging Technology, Food Science, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.

• Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience are also welcome.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Willing to learn ERP systems and packaging management processes.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit.
