Job Description - Packaging Designer Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 2-3 Years

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative and visually appealing product packaging aligned with brand identity.
• Create creatives and packaging assets for multiple platforms including digital, e-commerce, and marketing channels.
• Develop illustrations, image concepts, and storytelling-driven packaging with a warm and nostalgic visual style.
• Ensure packaging designs deliver both strong on-screen visual appeal and a premium physical user experience.
• Maintain SKU systems and ensure consistency across packaging designs and product lines.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Team to develop cohesive visual communication.
• Utilize AI tools for image generation, mockups, and creative ideation for packaging concepts.
• Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure packaging designs are print-ready with proper technical specifications.
• Stay updated with packaging trends, UI/UX principles, AI design tools, and creative innovations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Packaging Design, Brand Storytelling, and Visual Communication.
• UI/UX design understanding with the ability to visualize how packaging looks on-screen and feels in hand.
• Good understanding of illustration, typography, layout, color theory, and visual consistency.
• Experience in handling SKU systems and product variations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and image generation platforms.
• Knowledge of printing processes, packaging materials, finishes, color profiles, and production guidelines.
