Job Description:

Are you passionate about beauty trends, fragrance storytelling, and high-end packaging design? We are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented Packaging Designer to step in and drive creative execution across Beauty, Fragrance, and Body Care collections.

In this role, you’ll translate fragrance stories, consumer insights, and beauty trends into compelling visual expressions—from initial concept through final production. Working across new product launches, core category packaging, and innovation initiatives, you will build cohesive design systems spanning typography, color, illustration, pattern, and photography.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize & Create: Develop elevated creative design solutions for seasonal launches, core products, and innovation projects across Beauty, Fragrance, and Body Care.
• Build Cohesive Design Systems: Translate abstract fragrance stories and trend insights into cohesive packaging, ensuring consistency across varied product formats and packaging structures.
• Drive Execution & Production Hand-Off: Create Design Turn Overs (DTOs), finalize artwork, and prepare clean assets for production and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure Quality & Accuracy: Review mechanical artwork and pre-production files for design accuracy prior to final release.
• Tell Visual Stories: Design high-impact mood boards, concept boards, and visual presentations to share creative direction with stakeholders.
• Trend & Material Innovation: Research emerging trends in fragrance, beauty, wellness, and packaging finishes (foils, embossing, unique textures) to elevate brand shelf presence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Design Leadership, Packaging Engineering, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams.

What You Bring

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in packaging design, graphic design, or visual art—preferably within Beauty, Fragrance, Personal Care, or Consumer Products.
• Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio showcasing sophisticated packaging design, strong typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Production Know-How: Solid understanding of print production, mechanical prep, dielines, and specialty packaging finishes.
• Aesthetic & Trend Sense: A sharp eye for beauty and fragrance aesthetics, with a natural curiosity for wellness, lifestyle, and consumer behaviors.
• Workstyle & Mindset: Highly collaborative, curious, creative, and comfortable managing multiple tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
