该职位来源于猎聘 ROLE SUMMARY The Packaging Developer II – Print is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and innovation of printed packaging materials for tobacco products. This role combines technical expertise in various printing processes with supplier performance management, including KPI monitoring, qualification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operational/Professional

• Provide technical expertise in print processes (gravure, offset, flexographic, digital) for tobacco packaging.
• Develop and oversee qualification protocols for print suppliers. Business
• Establish and monitor supplier KPIs (quality, delivery, cost, compliance).
• Lead supplier qualification, audits and drive corrective action plans.
• Ensure packaging solutions meet cost efficiency and sustainability targets.
• Contribute to risk assessments and compliance with tobacco industry regulations. Management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Procurement, Quality, Marketing, Manufacturing) during packaging print technology projects.
• Manage supplier performance dashboards and reporting.
• Oversee timelines and deliverables for packaging validation and supplier improvement initiatives. Leadership
• Champion print quality standards and supplier excellence across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in packaging technology and supplier performance. Relationship
• Internal: Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Marketing Manufacturing teams.
• External: Partner with creative/artwork suppliers, printing machines and ink suppliers, convertors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and innovation. Innovation
• Introduce new print technologies and sustainable packaging print solutions.
• Drive innovation in packaging print technology in collaboration with suppliers.
• Explore digital tools for supplier KPI monitoring and Time to Market (T2M) deliveries. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
• 5+ years in print/packaging engineering, preferably in FMCG or tobacco Industries.
• Strong knowledge of print processes (gravure, offset, flexographic, digital).
• Experience in supplier performance management and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with packaging design, validation and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in supplier quality management and KPI monitoring.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of tobacco industry packaging regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in packaging (eco-friendly inks, recyclable substrates).
• Knowledge of international print and packaging standards (ISO, GMP).
• Awareness of supply chain dynamics and supplier qualification processes. Interpersonal Skills Required

• Bachelor’s in Packaging Engineering, Printing Technology, Materials Science, or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, with additional certifications in quality and supplier management highly valued.
• Preferably speaks English & Chinese (Mandarin) fluently.
