Packaging Development Executive / NPD Executive – Packaging

• Develop and improve packaging materials and formats for food products.
• Conduct packaging trials and support implementation in production.
• Evaluate flexible packaging materials, laminates, pouches, films, cartons and labels.
• Coordinate with packaging material suppliers and vendors.
• Develop alternative packaging materials for cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Review packaging specifications, dimensions, artwork and material requirements.
• Prepare packaging specifications, trial reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchase, Marketing and Design teams.
• Identify packaging defects and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable food packaging safety and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
