Packaging Development Scientist

In this role, you will develop and optimize packaging systems that ensure product stability, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and ease of use while collaborating closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop pharmaceutical packaging solutions for product protection and compliance.
• Evaluate reference product packaging and support generic product development.
• Execute packaging validation and equipment qualification activities.
• Prepare technical and regulatory documentation for submissions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align packaging with manufacturing and business needs.
• Drive packaging optimization initiatives focused on cost, sustainability, and patient usability.
• Support technology transfer activities and troubleshoot packaging-related challenges.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging development is preferred.
• Knowledge of packaging validation, GMP, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Greek is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
