What they need
We are seeking a Packaging Engineer to support packaging equipment, process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a GMP manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support packaging equipment and production line optimization.
- Troubleshoot packaging equipment and resolve production issues.
- Support packaging trials, process improvements, and equipment modifications.
- Assist with equipment qualification, validation, and change control.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of packaging engineering or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with packaging equipment, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Pharmaceutical/GMP experience preferred.
