Your Contribution

Manage packaging development projects from concept through serial production, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Develop and coordinate packaging concepts, specifications, and documentation for OE (Original Equipment) and OES (Original Equipment Services) products.

Lead packaging optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and sustainability-focused projects.

Coordinate engineering changes (ECM), packaging modifications, and cross-functional project activities.

Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver packaging solutions on time and within quality standards.

Create and maintained material master data, bills of materials, and packaging-related records in SAP.

Support quality management processes, conducted documentation reviews, and contributed to achieving zero-defect and continuous improvement objectives.

Your Experience & Qualifications

Technical education (Engineering or related field)

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with SAP and master data/documentation management

Knowledge of CorelDRAW for packaging and print-related designs

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment

Good command of English language (B1-B2)
