Packaging Engineer (m/f/d) - 896797/1

For our client, an international company operating in a highly regulated environment, we are looking for an experienced Packaging Engineer (m/f/d).

📍 Switzerland | Hybrid working model (mostly remote)

📅 Start: November / December 2026

⏳ Contract until September 2027

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain pharmaceutical packaging components
• Support packaging qualification and validation activities
• Develop, review and approve technical specifications and profile drawings
• Manage change controls, deviations, non-conformances and CAPAs
• Support CMOs, alternative suppliers and packaging material qualifications
• Maintain packaging documentation and Bills of Materials
• Collaborate with international Quality, Labeling and Manufacturing teams

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Packaging Engineering
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical or comparable regulated industry experience
• Strong knowledge of cGMP documentation requirements
• Experience with packaging components, validation and change control
• Practical TrackWise experience is required
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Independent, organised and comfortable working across time zones
