Job Summary
This position is responsible for preparation Packaging Design, Packaging Material Design and selection and follow up packaging prototype.

Job Description

• Design and develop KD export packaging for new and minor-change vehicle models.
• Update and manage packaging data, including EO changes, PCR, RC, packing specifications, PA information, material lists, and monthly quotations.
• Coordinate and oversee bidding activities for packing materials.
• Drive packaging improvements across S, Q, C, D, E to consistently achieve targets.
• Analyze packaging issues and implement effective countermeasures.
• Monitor packing operations and provide engineering/design support.
• Collaborate with MMC and ASEAN teams to leverage packaging synergies.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 365 and other relevant tools.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
• Work as a team and ability to work under pressure of deadline on multiple assignments.
