Job Summary
This position is responsible for preparation Packaging Design, Packaging Material Design and selection and follow up packaging prototype.

Job Description

• Design and develop Part Local packaging of engine/battery, all model for new and minor-change vehicle models.

• Packaging validation and approval of local parts and CKD/imports parts.

• Collaborator for New Model Launching in term of packaging.

• Analyze packaging issues and implement effective countermeasures.

• Drive packaging improvements across S, Q, C, D, E to consistently achieve targets.

• Packaging information system control and development.

• Monitor packing operations and provide engineering/design support.

• Control and follow-up section budget for GR and issue PR in SAP.

Job Specification

• Welcome new graduated or 1-3 years of experience in Packaging Engineering in manufacturing.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Logistic Engineer or any other related engineering fields.

• Ability to develop and optimize packaging designs considering quality, cost, logistics and production requirements.

• Knowledge basic CATIA V5 for packaging design or experience in using 3D design software for packaging development.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 365 and other relevant tools.

• Good command of both spoken and written in English, able to communicate effectively.

• Able to work and coordinate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently and ability to work under pressure of deadline on multiple assignment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills / detail-oriented and organized / problem-solving mindset

• Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

• Work as a team and ability to work under pressure of deadline on multiple assignments.
