With our global footprints, Equity supports the package design & functions for clients across all industries, and for companies which operate in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe. *ABOUT THE ROLL" You will be a key member of global packaging projects in the personal care and FMCG sectors, working closely with client companies, coordinating cross-functional teams and local packaging partners. You will design and develop innovative packaging solutions that meet consumer needs, cost savings, and sustainability goals, ensuring high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for packaging innovation in personal care and FMCG products (global projects), creating primary packaging designs that meet consumer and client company needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at client companies and local packaging partners to drive packaging sustainability, integration, cost savings, and the development of new packaging technologies.
• Lead packaging workflows for global innovation and sustainability packaging projects.
• Interpret global project briefs, define project work relationships and required technical development tasks, and lead packaging development activities.
• Based on technical requirements of key launch countries, supplier capabilities, and cost objectives, define and design primary packaging for global innovation projects.
• Explore and develop new ideas that contribute to achieving sustainability ambitions and commitments.
• Lead packaging design adaptability validation (including consumer assessments, packaging testing, line trials, and transportation tests), and conduct laboratory experiments to verify packaging, including supplier-side testing.
• Define and write global technical standards, deliver global transfer packages, and provide sufficient technical support to deployment teams.
• Collaborate with cross-category packaging partners, support packaging technology solutions, and develop new packaging structures for hair care products.
• Assist packaging managers in developing packaging strategies and implementing them in projects.
• Deliver internal and external verbal and written communications, including high-quality presentations and reports. Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering or Polymer Material Science.
• At least 3-5 years of packaging development experience in the personal care and FMCG industries.
• Solid background in packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage packaging-related projects.
• Passion for innovation, intrinsic curiosity, and a drive to find solutions.
• Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of different packaging forms, with the ability to propose new product ideas based on project briefs.
• Strong project management skills, including rigorous risk management and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Team player with the ability to work under different leadership styles.
