Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement new packaging designs and technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging solutions into production processes.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for innovative packaging solutions.
• Design and develop sustainable packaging materials that meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant packaging regulations and standards.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of packaging inventory and supplies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in packaging design, development, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, including paper, cardboard, plastic, and metal.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
