Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packaging Executive to oversee packaging operations, ensure product quality, optimize production efficiency, and maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging operations, including rinsing, filling, and labeling.
• Allocate manpower and coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Planning departments. Monitor packaging line performance, minimize material wastage, and reduce downtime.
• Ensure proper machine maintenance, changeovers, and CIP operations. Maintain packaging records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSMS, QMS, and applicable ISO standards. Rain packaging staff and enforce workplace safety, PPE, hygiene, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in packaging operations within a manufacturing or FMCG company. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team management
• skills. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards will be an advantage.
