Packaging Machine Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate packing machines for detergent products (powder).
• Set up machines, including weight settings, sealing temperature, and speed adjustments.
• Monitor the packing process to ensure correct weight, sealing, and labeling.
• Check packaging materials (pouches, bottles, cartons) before use.
• Perform regular quality checks to avoid leakage, under filling, or overfilling.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area to prevent contamination.
• Record production data such as output, downtime, and defects.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures, especially when handling chemicals and detergent operating Machines.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of finished goods.
• Ensure all safety devices of Machine are working.
