Job Title: Packaging Machine Service Technician

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, or as may be required by the job

Job Overview

We are looking for a Packaging Machine Service Technician responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various packaging machines. The role ensures efficient machine performance, product quality, and minimal downtime in production operations.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in packaging machine servicing
• Background in packaging machine maintenance, service engineering or related field is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Willing to work onsite at Valenzuela City
• Willing to start ASAP
• Good attitude and team-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and calibrate packaging machines
• Operate and monitor machine performance during production
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Ensure proper packaging output and product quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and machine performance
• Coordinate with production team for machine requirements and support
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Achieve daily operational targets and minimize machine downtime
