What they need
The Manager - New Product Development Packaging will own end-to-end packaging development across our FnV and FMCG portfolio, covering both domestic and international markets. The role will combine packaging innovation, vendor management, cost optimisation, sustainability and cross-functional project execution.
Role & responsibilities
- Own end-to-end packaging development
- Build and manage the packaging vendor ecosystem
- Drive cost negotiation and value engineering
- Drive cross-functional packaging development projects
- Champion sustainability and shelf appeal
- Leverage consumer and market insights for packaging innovation
Preferred candidate profile
Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields.
8–10 years of experience in product development and innovation.
Proven track record of launching successful consumer products.
