Packaging Mechanic

We’re Hiring: Packaging Mechanic | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Packaging Mechanic to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with packaging equipment, liquid filling lines, troubleshooting, changeovers, and preventive maintenance in a cGMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, adjustments, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Maintain pharmaceutical packaging and liquid filling equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, electronic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document maintenance activities accurately.
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems ranging from 120V to 480V.
• Maintain equipment logs, work orders, and cGMP documentation.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Packaging Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated packaging machinery, liquid filling equipment, and changeovers.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and preventive maintenance.
