Packaging Operations Coordinator

Fast Custom Boxes is looking for an organized and proactive Packaging Operations Coordinator to manage customer orders, production schedules, inventory, shipping, and daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, solving problems, and working with customers, vendors, and production teams.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate packaging orders from entry through production and delivery
• Schedule production and track order status, deadlines, and shipments
• Communicate with customers about artwork, specifications, timelines, and delivery updates
• Coordinate with design, printing, production, warehouse, suppliers, and carriers
• Maintain accurate inventory, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records
• Monitor packaging materials and finished-product inventory
• Resolve order issues, discrepancies, and delivery concerns
• Support process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, printing, logistics, order management, or operations preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• ERP, WMS, inventory, or order-management experience is a plus
• E-commerce experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar platforms is a plus
• Packaging, printing, production planning, or supply chain knowledge is preferred
