What you´ll do

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed

What makes you a good fit

• HSD/GED
• Knowledge of basic computer input data entries, basic math skills, good documentation, ability to multi-task
• Experience with packaging machinery operation.
• Thoroughness and precision in monitoring product quality and adhering to procedures.
• Quick identification and resolution of machinery issues or deviations from standard processes.
• Effective communication with team members for a smooth production flow.
• Efficient utilization of time to meet production schedules and deadlines.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $20.50. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
