Rooney Printing is looking for a motivated and dependable Packaging Operator to join our production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, have good attendance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

As a packaging operator, you'll play a key role in transforming materials into high-quality, rigid boxes. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining box making equipment while ensuring every job meets our quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain assigned box-making equipment.
• Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions.
• Produce high-quality work while meeting or exceeding production goals.
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Organize and move scheduled work for assigned machinery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous box making production experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
