Job Summary:

Buzzbox Premium Cocktails is seeking skilled machine operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Tetra Pak filling and capping equipment as well as bottling equipment, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of our premium ready-to-drink cocktails. The ideal candidate would have experience working with tetra pak (or similar) automated filling machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate filling and capping equipment efficiently to meet production targets.
• Monitor the filling process to ensure accuracy, product consistency, and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Tetra Pak (or similar) machines to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure proper filling, sealing, and packaging.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve operational issues.
• Accurately complete production logs, reports, and documentation as required.
• Assist with changeovers and clean-in-place (CIP) procedures for equipment sanitation.
• Follow company HACCP and GMP protocols to maintain food safety compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience operating Tetra Pak or similar filling equipment in a beverage or food production environment.
• Knowledge of machine mechanics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.75 - $22.00 per hour
