Oliver Inc.

A day in the life
You start by calibrating color profiles to lock in consistency. A rush carton project lands on your screen—you preflight the customer’s Illustrator file, repair missing links and fonts, and set up imposition for plate-making. A quick step‑and‑repeat for a label run, then vector paths for a spot coating on a flexographic plate. You RIP the files for proofing, examine the Epson output against G7 targets, and send a digital proof for approval. After reviewing folding carton artwork for completeness and dieline accuracy, you generate production-ready files and plates. By afternoon, you’ve archived the job using automated software and coordinated embossing and stamping die specs with a trusted vendor—all while tracking work orders to keep delivery on schedule.
