  • Support the rollout of packaging change requests (formula updates, claims changes, label changes) across the client's suppliers and printers

  • Provide regular status updates to both the client's team and your agency account lead, representing agency work product and priorities on-site

  • Participate in post-launch debriefs with the client, printers, and suppliers to capture learnings and strengthen the agency relationship

  • Interest in or exposure to working with a creative/marketing team on packaging design and artwork

  • Basic familiarity with food labeling requirements (FDA/USDA nutrition facts, allergen labeling) and willingness to learn retailer-specific standards

  • Exposure to or willingness to learn technical drawings, dielines, and color proofs

  • Solid organizational and communication skills you'll be coordinating regularly with the client, printers, sourcing teams, and your agency's creative department
