About the Role

As a Packaging Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our finished goods meet rigorous quality standards before reaching the end customer. You will be responsible for the precise handling, documentation, and preparation of products, directly impacting our operational efficiency and product integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough visual inspections of finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications, escalating any discrepancies to line operators.
• Accurately weigh, label, and document cases to maintain precise inventory records.
• Execute efficient pallet stacking techniques to ensure product stability and safety during transit.
• Provide essential support to Converting Operators during roll changes and other machine adjustments.
• Verify that all safety guards and protective equipment are functional and correctly positioned at your workstation.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the production area to support a safe environment.
• Complete all required quality assurance documentation to ensure compliance with production protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve overall output quality.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety policies and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
