Packaging Specialist

About the role
REFINETTE COSMETIC MANUFACTURING CORPORATION is seeking a talented Packaging Specialist to join our team in Guiguinto Bulacan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging and labelling of our high-quality health and beauty products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Performs screening and selection of packaging materials for product formulations

• Performs packaging development process for new products and improvement of existing

  packaging materials

• Conducts dimensional analysis of packaging materials

• Conducts functionality test on all packaging materials related to PIS requests

• Conducts evaluation of compatibility of packaging materials on all formulations completed by the TSD specialist

• Creates and submits technical specifications of packaging materials

• Process system related documents for PIS completion

• Conducts validation related to packaging specifications during the filling process

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree on Packaging Engineering / Industrial Design / related discipline

• With at least 1-2 years as Packaging Analyst

• Skilled and trained in packaging development, packaging evaluation

• Has high integrity, resourceful, self-motivated, flexible, keen to details, high sense of discipline
