PACKAGING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

·  Open for Male or Female applicants.

·  Graduate of a 4-year degree course, preferably Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

·  With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Packaging Supervisor in a bakeshop or food production industry.

·  With experience in supervising and managing packaging employees.

·  Knowledgeable in packaging operations, production flow, and quality control.

·  Able to monitor employees’ performance, attendance, and discipline.

·  Ability to lead, train, and properly assign work to packaging staff.

·  With good leadership and communication skills.

·  Knowledgeable in cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.

·  Knowledgeable in preparing and monitoring Gantt Charts.

·  Responsible, hardworking, flexible, and trustworthy.

·  Can work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

·  Willing to render overtime and shifting schedules when needed.
