About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing operation. This individual will oversee daily packaging activities, support production efficiency, and ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise, train, and support production personnel.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational goals.
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
