  • Establish clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and hold team members accountable for results.
  • Coordinate employee training and cross-training initiatives to ensure employees are properly qualified to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes open communication, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Address employee performance concerns, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary matters when necessary.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate production priorities, recognize accomplishments, and address operational challenges.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure employees are properly trained on equipment operation and workplace safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues and maintain product quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen operational procedures, improve compliance, and enhance overall manufacturing performance.

  • Experience working collaboratively with Maintenance, Quality, and other operational support teams.
  • Familiarity with GMPs, SOPs, workplace safety requirements, and manufacturing quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
