Packaging Technician – Cannabis Manufacturing

Larsen Group II is a Colorado-licensed cannabis manufacturer that makes edibles, pre-rolls, vapes, and extracts for some of the state’s leading brands. We are a small, hands-on team that cares about quality, compliance, and getting the details right. We’re looking for a reliable, full-time Packaging Technician to support our production floor in Denver.

The Role
As a Packaging Technician, you’ll help package, label, and prepare finished products across all of our product lines: edibles, joints/pre-rolls, vape cartridges, and extracts. You’ll work closely with our production and distribution leads to make sure every unit leaving our facility is accurate, compliant, and ready for retail.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Shifts are either 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Package finished edibles, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, and extracts to spec
• Apply compliance labels and batch stickers accurately and verify them against product and package information
• Fill, seal, and assemble packaging such as jars, tubes, boxes, mylar bags, and child-resistant containers
• Count, weigh, and inspect product for quality and consistency
• Support pre-roll production, including filling, twisting, and finishing
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Keep accurate production and inventory records to support Metrc tracking
• Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including scheduled cleaning duties
• Help prepare orders for distribution and assist with other production tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must currently hold an active Colorado MED Occupational License
• Strong attention to detail. Accuracy matters in a regulated industry.
• Able to follow written procedures and take direction well
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Team player with a positive attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience in cannabis, hemp, food, or other manufacturing or packaging environments
• Familiarity with Metrc, GMP, or food safety practices
• Experience with label printers or packaging equipment
