Packaging Technician

Duties

• Operate manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to facilitate efficient production cycles.
• Assemble products accurately using hand tools and mechanical knowledge, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Package finished goods securely according to specified procedures, maintaining consistency and safety.
• Follow FDA regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and packaging lines to identify issues early and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed records of production activities, including batch documentation and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in preroll and cannabis packing.
• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and basic automation systems.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and packaging protocols relevant to manufacturing industries.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

• PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Pay: $13.41 - $14.17 per hour
