Responsibilities (What He/she Will Do After Join UI)

• Accelerate design implementation to bring improved UX to market faster for MP models
• Maintain constant communication with the EPM and global team to follow up on projects
• Tracking the design status and diagnosing issues with packaging designer to create packaging solutions action
• Create packaging design action and track design implementation schedule
• Work directly with CMs to initiate/diagnose packaging assembly for onside process improvement
• Create and manage part management within the system
• Internal - Work closely with ID / PK / ME / SR / EPM / Graphic team
• External - Work closely with CMs / Suppliers

Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves)

• Logical thinking/Proactive personality/Works well under high pressure.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Highly organized, and able to handle a high volume of tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to drill down into an issue and clearly present pros/cons to driving rapid decision-making based on collection of engineering, cost & schedule information
• 3+ years of experience as a packaging engineer/technical program manager.
• Good understanding of the technologies/testings/materials used in packaging (paperboard, corrugated cardboard, molded fiber, blister trays, cushioning, wraps, films … etc)
• Ability to read packaging drawings/test specifications
• Excellent command/presentation skills/highly proficient in spoken and written English.
