Machine Helper/Packer - 2nd Shift

Job Duties:

• Achieve and maintain quality and/or production standards.
• Adhere to and accurately complete all production related documentation.
• Monitor product quality, identify and report any problems and discrepancies.
• Assemble and attach label to packaging and boxes.
• Assist the machine operator on auto packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Report any packaging issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor for immediate resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
• General understanding of packaging procedures.
• Basic knowledge and competency in arithmetic.
• Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
