Duties

• Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load and unload goods safely.
• Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and track inventory for order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments by labeling packages correctly, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatch.
• Conduct inventory management tasks including stocking, stock rotation, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Follow safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to manual handling guidelines, and operating heavy equipment responsibly.
• Assist in warehouse distribution activities such as receiving inbound shipments, inspecting goods for quality, and organizing storage areas efficiently.

Skills

• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology for logistics accuracy.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on inventory management systems and order picking accuracy.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with safety protocol adherence in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for counting items, measuring packages, and verifying quantities during packing processes.
• Prior warehouse experience with a focus on packing, materials handling, quality control, and warehouse operations.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
