Job Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to order slips, ensuring all items are accounted for and correctly matched with the corresponding customer orders.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging, adhering to strict quality control standards to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and package products securely and efficiently for shipment, utilizing appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain an organized and clean packing station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment and contributing to overall warehouse cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting of products to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and communicate needs to supervisors to ensure continuous operation.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of safety equipment.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a packing or similar role within a retail or merchandise environment.
• Proficiency in packaging techniques, ensuring products are prepared for shipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes to accurately track stock levels and assist with stocktakes.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures to identify and report any damaged or defective products before packing.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure correct items are packed according to orders and specifications.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to meet daily packing targets.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in order fulfillment, accurately picking and packing items for customer orders.
• Familiarity with handling skincare products and understanding the importance of proper handling and packaging for these items.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
