Macro Packaging Ltd supplies packaging materials to industrial, retail and ecommerce customers all over the UK and soon Europe. We are a family run company with 20 years+ experience, looking to expand our online business in a fast moving business market place.

Macro Packaging is looking to recruit an order picker/packer for our busy warehouse. We are ideally looking for someone with warehouse experience.

We are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic warehouse picker/packer, who will assist in day to day warehouse tasks working in a busy environment meeting daily deadlines.

Daily duties will include:

• Picking orders
• Packing orders
• To assist with the unloading and loading of deliveries if required
• Keeping working areas free from hazards as per the company's health and safety policy
• To undertake any other duties, as and when required, at the request of the company

Skills required:

• Warehouse experience
• Working well in a team - this is vital as we have a very strong company bond
• Must be able to lift and move heavy boxes
• Attention to detail when completing tasks
• Honest and trustworthy
• Strong communication skills and the ability to carry out instructions to a high standard
• Numerate and Literate
• Punctual
• Ensure you play a part in ensuring a safe working environment
• Great organisation
• Self-Motivated and disciplined
• Computer literate
• Working to maintain all the company's policies and procedures
• Contribute actively as a member of the warehouse staff team, working towards developing and improving our services and operations
• With a fantastic work ethic, hard working and self managed attitude

A UK driving licence and forklift experience/ licence would be an advantage.

• Salary dependent upon experience
• 37-45 approx. hours per week
• Holiday 20 days per year plus the usual bank holidays.
