Packer Executive for Retail company

Qlfn - HS/Graduate
Exp – Experience in 6 months to 1year
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products.
- Product Knowledge: Explain features, prices, and benefits of items clearly.
- Sales Handling: Process purchases, prepare bills/invoices, and handle payments (cash, card, UPI).
- Stock Management: Check availability, restock shelves, and sometimes coordinate with inventory.
- Display Maintenance: Keep the counter neat and ensure products are well-presented.
- After-Sales Support: Handle basic queries, returns, or complaints.
Key Skills Required
- Good communication (local language + basic English often preferred)
- Basic math and billing skills
- Customer service attitude
- Product knowledge (depends on industry)
- Persuasion and sales skills
