Packer / Order Fulfilment Assistant — Alchemist Singapore (NEW HEADCOUNT)

Behind every great cup of Alchemist coffee is a team that handles it with care from bean to bag. We're looking for someone dependable and hands-on to join our production team — no experience needed, just a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You Will Do

Your main job is to pack and prepare coffee orders so they reach our customers on time and in great condition. Day to day, this means:

• Pick, pack, weigh, seal, and label coffee orders for our retail and wholesale customers

• Help the roasting team with sorting coffee beans

• Check stock levels and rotate inventory to keep products fresh

• Prepare orders for courier pick-up with the correct paperwork and labels

• Keep the packing and storage areas clean and tidy

• Support product preparation for events and pop-ups from time to time

• Support the Fulfilment Executive with export documentation and paperwork when needed

Working Hours

Full-Time

• Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
• No weekends

Part-Time

• 3 to 4 days a week, weekdays only (to be discussed)
• 8.30am to 5.00pm (to be discussed)
• Minimum 6 hours, maximum 9 hours per shift

• Is reliable and shows up on time
• Works well with others and communicates openly
• Picks things up quickly and is happy to adapt
• Has an interest in coffee — or is keen to learn about it
