• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable relocation packages.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and operations teams to ensure smooth moving services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking relocation services.
• Explain service packages, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Collect relocation details, including pickup location, destination, household items, and moving date.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with booking confirmations.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with vendors and operations teams to schedule relocation services.
• Track booking status and ensure timely service execution.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate service-related issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer details and booking records in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile
