Job Description

• Prepare and organize all ingredients and materials required for baking classes.
• Measure, weigh, cut, sieve, and pack dry and wet ingredients according to recipes.
• Wrap, label, and organize prepared ingredients.
• Receive, unload, and organize heavy stock deliveries and incoming goods.
• Clear and store incoming stock in the appropriate storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items for replenishment.
• Prepare classroom materials and ingredients before each baking class.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized baking studio and preparation area.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.
• Handle heavy items and perform manual handling as required.
• Stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency when preparing ingredients and materials.

Requirements

• Able to work on weekends
• No experience needed
• Willing to learn
• Able to carry light load (eg: Box of flour)
• Able to converse simple English
• Immediate employment available
