Job Overview

Our client is hiring hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Pickers & Packers for a leading grocery e-commerce operation in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately picking online grocery orders, packing products carefully, preparing orders for dispatch, and maintaining an organized work environment.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in warehousing, supermarkets, retail, or e-commerce operations will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick grocery orders accurately using handheld scanners.

• Select the correct products according to customer orders.

• Pack grocery items neatly and securely, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.

• Check product labels, quantities, and order accuracy before packing.

• Label packages correctly and prepare orders for delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse or fulfillment area.

• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.

• Follow workplace safety and operational procedures.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

- Basic English proficiency to read product names, labels, and numbers.

- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift.

- Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends.

- Good attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced grocery e-commerce environment.

- Previous experience in grocery stores, supermarkets, warehouses, retail, picking, packing, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Working Schedule

Working Hours:* 8 hours per day, plus a 1-hour break.

- Working Days:* 6 days per week.

-Shifts:* Rotating day and night shifts, including weekends.
