Packing Associate

Packing Associates responsibilities include operating basic filling machines to fill containers with paint, capping filled containers, labeling and assembling products into sets. Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm. Overtime opportunities.

Packing Associate Duties:

• Pack product in containers with correct quantities and labels.
• Document actions by completing production logs.
• Responsible for basic set-ups, adjustments and monitoring machinery.
• Maintain a plant culture that embraces the values of honesty, trust and mutual respect.
• Other duties as assigned.

Packing Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic counting and math skills.
• All packing employees are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
• Must be able to stand, wearing safety-toe shoes, entire duration of shift.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Ability to squat, crouch, bend, twist, lift, pull, reach, and walk frequently every day.
• Ability to grasp and squeeze small parts and large items.

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
