• memastikan semua proses berjalannya produksi sesuai dengan standart (sesuai dengan standart GMP dan HACCP)
• meminimalisir broken yang diakibatkan oleh proses pembuatan blok frozen
• memastikan personal hygiene berjalan dengan baik
• memastikan pekerjaan produksi sesuai dengan target yang diberikan (tidak ada barang yang terbengkalai)
• proses produksi harus sesuai antara input dan outputnya (mass balance)
